Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully processed.
Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and your location.
If you prefer to use UPS for shipping, please contact us before placing your order. An additional upcharge will apply for UPS shipping.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and the destination address. Any applicable promotions or free shipping offers will be automatically applied.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package has been shipped, Timeless Whispers is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
