Return and Refund Guidelines
Thank you for shopping at Timeless Whispers. We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please read our policy below:
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days for assistance. We will provide either a replacement or store credit.
Exchange for Store Credit: If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 3 business days for store credit. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging included.
Jewelry Returns: We cannot accept returns on jewelry for hygiene reasons, except in cases of defects upon arrival.
How to Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out our contact form or email us at timelesswhispers7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns without prior approval will not be processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
